Everyones Goal should be to get on the Leads List b-4 the AdvoCare Independence Bowl

AdvoCare Leads ProgramDEFINITION
The Leads Program is a system that rewards AdvoCare business-builders with new Leads through AdvoCare.com. The system links interested customers or prospects to AdvoCare Distributors who have met the program qualifications. Eligibility is based on each Distributor's previous quarter performance.
CRITERIAThe Leads Program is open to all AdvoCare Distributors at Silver Level and above who have met the following criteria during the prior quarter:
Distributors must maintain Silver status for at least three pay periods.
Distributors must have three new front-line recruits.
Distributors must be in good standing with AdvoCare.
Distributors must have a valid email address.
Distributors must have attended a recent national or Regional Success School.
HOW LEADS ARE COLLECTED
Eligibility for the Leads Program is updated each quarter. AdvoCare Distributors who qualify for this program can receive leads via AdvoCare.com by two methods:
"Contact Us / Leave your information"
A Lead can use this option to request contact by an AdvoCare Distributor, who then is notified about the Lead via email and his or her Micro-Site (My Office / Leads Program). At this point, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to follow up with that Lead. (See "Contacting Your Leads.")
"Find A Distributor / Enter your ZIP code"
When a Lead selects "Please help me find an AdvoCare Distributor" on AdvoCare.com and initiates a ZIP code search, that option pulls up a list of distributor names and the Lead can select any of those names. (See section on Sponsor Selection for more details about the ZIP code search process.)
If the Lead signs up an AdvoCare Distributor, the sponsor will receive an email confirmation about the new business generated through the Leads Program.
[NOTE: If a prospect requests a specific Distributor via the "Yes, I already know an AdvoCare Distributor" option, and signs up as a Retail Customer or AdvoCare Distributor via "Find a Sponsor," that action is processed as new business and included in the Order History report, but is not considered part of the Leads Program.]
HOW THE SPONSOR SELECTION PROCESS WORKS
A list of five AdvoCare Distributor names appears on screen each time that a Lead initiates the online Sponsor Selection process. The Lead can choose any of those names.
ZIP code search. The system automatically searches for the best match based on the geographic location of both the Lead and AdvoCare Distributors who have qualified for the program.
The ZIP code search is conducted first as an exact ZIP code match. If less than five Distributors have qualified within that exact ZIP code, the search is then conducted according to proximity levels beginning at five miles. If a minimum of five qualified Distributors cannot be found within that range, the search is expanded to a 5-mile radius, then 10, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 300, and finally 500 miles.
Rotation of Distributor names for leads. Distributor names shown in any Sponsor Selection list are prioritized based on last Lead date.
A maximum of five Distributor names per geographic area are displayed at any one time. When one of those Distributors is chosen and the Lead signs up as a Retail Customer or AdvoCare Distributor, the sponsor's name moves to the bottom of the Sponsor Selection list.
As other Distributors on that list receive a Lead, the rotation process will continually adjust the order of the names to give the qualifying Distributors as equal an opportunity as possible to be selected by a prospect.
CONTACTING YOUR LEADS
The expectation of any AdvoCare Distributor who receives a Lead is to:
Contact that new Lead within 72 hours of your notification
Register that communication using the online form located in the My Office / Leads Program section on your Micro-Site, and
Provide exemplary customer service to your new Lead! Here's how:
Connect & build rapport. Introduce yourself and thank the Lead for contacting AdvoCare. Ask how you can help
Listen & determine needs. Find out a few things about them - their family, occupation, health and financial goals.
Offer solutions. Share your (short) personal story and those of others with similar needs.
Ask permission to stay in touch. Find out if it's OK to contact your Lead again, how often and by which method (phone, email, person-to-person).
